HYDRAULIC BREAKERS
FOR MACHINES FROM 1 TO 13 TONS
There
are five light CP hydraulic hammers - from 92 to 360 kg - that can be used
on carriers ranging from 1 to 13 tonnes. The hammers have been built for
easy servicing, with just two moving parts and a simple, straightforward
design. CP hammers are extremely easy to maintain: they have no tie-bolts
to tighten and can be serviced in the field without the need for special
tools.
They are
also quiet. Noise levels are kept low because the hammer mechanism is
completely enclosed by an outer-protective shell. In addition, a
polyurethane cushion between the hammer body and the hammer box prevents
metal-to-metal contact. This helps dampening vibration and noise, plus
reduces the level of stress on carrier and operator.

peso mezzo portante (tonnellate) |
FOR MACHINES FROM 9 TO 36 TONS
The
CP medium and heavy range is based on the same "build to last" principle
as the CP light range. Depending on type, the breakers have only two ar
three moving parts - no "gimmicks" requiring complex maintenance.
-
The piston stroke is particularly long for maximum power,
while the percussion piston and working tool are of the same diameter to
optimize the transfer of percussion energy - nothing goes to waste.
-
The square cylinder design guarantees reliable piston
guidance.
-
No nuts are required to hold the tie rods in place.
-
Wear-resistant materials and a plain hammer box design make
all CP breakers extremely robust and hard-wearing.
Thanks to the "Easy Lock" system, working tools can be
changed in a matter of minutes. All parts are lubricated via a single
central lube port. Service openings provide quick and simple access for
servicing.
To keep noise emissions to a minimum, all openings are
sealed, and the percussions mechanism is acoustically isolated from the
hammer box and suspended in elastic elements. As a result, CP breakers are
among the quietest on the market.
